Project Cancellation Before Commencement: If a project is canceled before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., consultation fees, administrative charges).
Project Cancellation After Commencement: If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued, proportional to the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Duplicate Payments: In cases where a duplicate payment is made, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of Mind: If the client decides to cancel the project after work has commenced without any fault on our part.

• Third-Party Services: Payments made to third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

Contact Us: Send an email to info@colossusdigitalmedia.com with your project details and reason for the refund request.
Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information.
Decision: You will be notified of the decision within 7 business days.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Start: Clients may cancel their project before work commences for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.
After Project Start: Cancellations after work has begun will be subject to a partial refund, based on the work completed.

6. Changes to This Policy

Colossus reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
